Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Demo access details you submit (name, work email, phone).
• Contact-form submissions.
• Basic, non-identifying usage analytics on the marketing site — never on PHI-bearing surfaces.

2. What we never do

• Sell personal information — of visitors or of patients. Ever.
• Use customer PHI to train AI models.
• Place PHI in URLs, logs or analytics events.

3. Customer patient data

Patient data processed inside VeloCare belongs to the covered entity we serve. We process it as a business associate under a BAA, with minimum-necessary access, purpose-of-use logging, and an append-only audit trail the customer can inspect.

4. Retention & your rights

Demo leads are retained for 12 months. You may request access or deletion of your marketing data at hello@velozent.com. Patient rights (access, accounting of disclosures) are served through the customer organization.
