1. The demo environment

The demo tenant contains only synthetic data. Do not enter real patient information into the demo — it exists to show workflows, not to store PHI.

2. Acceptable use

• No attempts to access other tenants or probe the platform's isolation.
• No automated scraping of the demo.
• No use of the demo to build a competing product's marketing claims.

3. Availability & warranty

The marketing site and demo are provided as-is, without warranty. Production SLAs (99.9% staff surfaces, 99.95% reminder pipeline) are contractual commitments in customer agreements, not properties of the demo.
